1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SubtitleCat Dubbing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SubtitleCat Dubbing provides AI-powered video dubbing services. Users may upload video files or provide YouTube URLs for translation and dubbing into supported languages.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any video content you submit. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Minutes reset on the renewal date and do not roll over. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused minutes except in cases of service failure.
5. Data Retention
Output files are retained for 30 days after job completion, then automatically deleted. We do not use your video content for training AI models or any other purpose beyond providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect output quality. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding month.
